Hannah E. Spuler, Children’s Author
Bringing truth, goodness, and beauty to children~ one whimsical (and sometimes silly!) story at a time.
I’m an umbrella-loving homeschooling Christian mom of six that spends her spare time creating. I play music, snap photos, and write children’s picture books. My goal for this site is to foster a love of creative writing within the soul of kids, adults, and anyone in between, encourage my children (and yours) to write for fun, and pursue a career as a children’s writer.
Things I love: people, my violin, singing, English accents, off-kilter humor, chai tea laced with chocolate, chocolate by itself, child giggles, walks through the rain, chocolate snacks, the prairie’s golden hour, meaningful conversations, hot chocolate, my family, back-handed compliments, Stranger Than Fiction, rich colors, rich dark chocolate, sunsets, good food, chocolate for dessert, well-crafted art, stories that ring true, time to think and dream. Did I mention chocolate?
Things I could do without: Toothpaste smeared on the sink, insecurities, miscommunications, ankle fat, almost in-tune notes, over-cooked chicken marsala.
