Have you been encouraged lately? Sad? Angry? Embarrassed? Tickled Silly? Our brains work hard every day to help us feel and experience the world. Sometimes it helps to name the emotions we experience and even share them with others. As someone who used to struggle to express my emotions, I understand how important it is. So let’s share!
